Resume Execs principal is a Human Resource Professional with over 16 years experience.  She has served in a number of roles at Fortune 100 companies and has worked over a number of years mentoring and developing professionals at all levels. 

 

Her passion extends beyond HR 101. The team at Resume Executive works diligently to help individuals understand their potential and unlock their inner strengths in an effort to achieve greatness!  “Resume Executive has broadened my ability to share past and present experiences with the world in hopes of shaping the futures of individuals of all ages, all walks of life, nationwide.”

 

She serves a number of community organizations including Board Member for the Memphis Challenge, Board Member -Workforce Development, Former Vice President of Marketing for the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, National and Local SHRM Member, National and Local Black MBA Member/Advisory Board Member, Advisory Board Member for the Loretta McNary Show, as well as publisher of research in the field of Educational Psychology and Research.  

 

Her community efforts expand to her embarking on a grassroots initiative entitled, “Operation Resume Rescue,” September 4, 2005.  She created this non-profit organization as a way to assist the victims of Hurricane Katrina obtain gainful employment.  As a business professional, Resume Executive’s principal accompanied by other business professionals, understood the importance of providing an employer with a snap shot of previous work experience and organized efforts to meet the victim’s needs by providing career coaching/counseling at shelters, churches and completing on-the-spot resumes at no charge.

 

She has spent the majority of her career mentoring and loves every aspect of serving her community as well as educating her clients, cohorts and associates on the importance of personal and professional development.
