The employer is looking for someone that can hit the ground running.   They are also looking for folks with a certain zeal to them - which starts with an effective resume.  Your resume tells alot about YOU!  Can you communicate effectively - are you a real go getter - will you fit into the environment - or can you come in as a visionary and revamp current antiquated processes to make the company more profitable?  Your resume should tell them that in 20 seconds or less, because that’s the average amount of time it takes an employer to review your resume.  If the resume fails to catch the eye, cycle 23 it is (TRASH CAN : )
