Ever tired of eating the same ole’ thing? Well my friends, have I got the recipe for you!
Chicken Stroganoff
- 3 cans of chicken
- 3 cans of cream of chicken
- 1/4 cup of milk
- bacon (4 strips fried and crumbled)
- olive oil
- 1 tsp butter (unsalted or salted)
- 4 to 6 servings of Rice (SAMS Club 5 minute rice is wonderful!)
- Original Chicken Seasonings (by McCormick’s)
- Electric Skillet
Place the butter in a skillet (preferrably an electric skillet - along with your olive oil 3 to 4 tsp’s and cook for about 10 seconds. Drain chicken and place in skillet. Brown for about 15 seconds and saturate with original chicken seasoning. Next, open and empty cream soups into the skillet with chicken. Cook together for about 10 minutes. Follow the instructions for the 5 minute SAMS Club rice, top with chicken mixture and you’ve got yourself a 15 minute meal that’s finger licking good!
